The Foundation for Central Schools and Central Unified School District are pleased to announce the 2024 State of the District. Please join us as we highlight the District’s achievements and the ways in which this school year is being elevated to new heights. The Foundation for Central Schools will announce the recipients of the highly anticipated 2024 Classroom Project Grants and School Club Grants, totaling $20,000. All funds raised at the State of the District will support vital projects, grants, and scholarships from the Foundation for Central Schools. Annually, the Foundation provides thousands of students with free coats and jackets through the Warm for Winter event, protecting them from the cold winter months.

The Pillar Champion Honorees were established in 2022 to recognize outstanding Central Unified employees. Honorees are chosen based on the Foundation’s pillars: Academics, Arts, Athletics, Agriculture, and Well-being.
